We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some prior work experience, preferably in customer service or retail roles, and a desire to start a career in advertising and content production.

This entry-level position involves providing administrative support to the Studio Manager, Producers, and other coordinators. Responsibilities include checking people into the studio, developing call sheets, managing the receipt, tagging, and storage of samples, arranging catering for productions, and assisting with financial administration.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Google Suite and MS Office, with excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize simultaneous demands and adapt and respond accordingly. They will also demonstrate top coordination skills and an acute attention to detail.
