Job Description

As a Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our content production team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate planning, logistics, and schedules for multi-format content production.

Key aspects of your job include managing shoot requirements, location access, and production resources. You will collaborate with content teams to meet deadlines and campaign goals while liaising with business areas for reviews, feedback, and approvals.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will ensure all consent and accessibility documentation is completed and archived. You will also support senior team members with logistics, reporting, and coordination tasks, as well as maintain production records and contribute to team reporting.
