Job Title: Content Production Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Content Production Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality content across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include coordinating video and social media content production, meeting with stakeholders to understand briefs, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring outputs meet requirements.

  • Coordinate planning, logistics, and schedules for multi-format content production
  • Manage shoot requirements, location access, and production resources
  • Collaborate with content teams to meet deadlines and campaign goals
  • Liaise with stakeholders for reviews, feedback, and approvals
  • Ensure all consent and accessibility documentation is completed and archived
  • Support senior team members with logistics, reporting, and coordination tasks
  • Maintain production records and contribute to team reporting
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end project coordination and stakeholder engagement

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience coordinating video and/or animation production in a creative or agency setting
  • Knowledge of production documentation and workflows (e.g., briefs, schedules)
  • Understanding of accessibility requirements (e.g., captions, transcripts, audio description)
  • Experience with project management and content tracking tools, including Office 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Knowledge of copyright, consent, and usage rights for visual media
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Premiere Pro or Media Encoder (advantageous but not essential)
