Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of specific product features within the Seller portal. This involves ensuring that the product meets business needs, enhances the customer and seller experience, and contributes to operational efficiency across the organization.

The successful candidate will own and manage the product backlog for specific platform features or components, from ideation through launch and iteration. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and translate complex business problems and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within an enterprise software or retail environment, with experience in B2B platforms and the Marketplace domain. They should also have experience with Jira and Google Analytics, as well as a proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

Additionally, the candidate should have solid understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working within agile teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role, as they will need to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Product Manager will prioritize features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact, ensuring a clear rationale for decisions. They will also participate in all phases of the product life cycle, including discovery, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and monitoring KPIs for your features, analyzing data to measure success and identify areas for optimization;
• Conducting research, analyzing data, and gathering user feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful delivery;
