Channel Development Strategist

Unlock Growth as a Channel Leader
We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute a channel partner regional strategy, driving growth in indirect sales revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key partners to drive business adoption in the CX portfolio
- Deliver sales training and provide marketing support to partners
- Monitor sales pipeline and bookings against targets and other performance metrics
- Work closely with current and new Partners to leverage existing contracts for our growing CX platform
- Develop a compelling value proposition for the market
- Design a go-to-market co-sell strategy with internal stakeholders, alliance partners & channel partners
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CX / Cloud (CCaaS) channel development
- Proven SaaS business & sales expertise
- In-depth knowledge of Contact Center software industry products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
