Roster Coordinator Disability Services

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our Disability Rostering team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the rostering of services for SDA's and Disability Direct Care clients.

  • Develop and maintain staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Handle scheduling conflicts and adjust as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Disability or a related discipline (desired but not essential).
  • Proven experience in roster coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children's Check.
