ESD Consultant Role

This is a senior consultant position focused on environmental sustainability and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver ESD solutions in a client-facing capacity.
  • Conduct life-cycle analysis, energy, thermal, daylight, and carbon modeling.
  • Produce Green Star and NABERS rating buildings.
  • Conduct BCA Section J Assessment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of consulting experience.
  • Qualification in Engineering or relevant science-based education.
  • Demonstrated skills and expertise in Sustainability, Green Star, NABERS, and Energy Rating assessments.
  • Strong personal professional brand in the sustainability sector and actively involved in the professional network.
  • Experience in sustainable building design with infrastructure/mining being beneficial.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Building Codes and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to do strategic business development.
