Job Title: Environmental Technical SpecialistThis is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experts in environmental sustainability and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the operations and processes of the NABERS rating system, assisting building owners, managers, and tenants in measuring the environmental performance of their facilities.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Undertaking level 1 rating audits and maintaining the development, revision, and amendment of the NABERS rules, rulings, processes, and procedures.
  • Project managing individual NABERS tools to maintain their relevance in the market sector, including reviewing and monitoring new technology and market trends.
  • Coordinating the development and implementation of projects to deliver successful and timely outcomes.
  • Conducting research and analysis to support changes to the tools and seeking approval from the National Steering Committee.
  • Engaging with external stakeholders, presenting technical information, and canvassing stakeholder feedback.
