Part-Time Hearing Services Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in each clinic, contributing to performance and enhancing the customer experience.
This is a part-time position that requires a passionate customer service professional who can help clients improve their hearing and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for all clients.
- Learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.
- Apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments. They will also possess strong interpersonal communication skills, empathy for clients, and a higher school certificate or TAFE qualification.
