Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate level lawyer who has expertise in employment law and can work effectively within our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment law practices, skills in legal research and analysis, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

Our team services the full spectrum of employment law needs of private sector employers and all three tiers of government. This includes industrial relations, employment law disputes, employment consultancy agreements, compliance, health and safety, redundancies, and dismissals.

As an employment lawyer, your responsibilities will include advising clients on various employment law matters, drafting contracts, policies, and procedures, conducting litigation, and providing training and support to colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution
  • Circa 4-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law
  • An established track record of providing exceptional legal advice and guidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
