About This Role

Project Delivery Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services across the southern region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing medium to large projects and will be able to provide expert guidance on project delivery, resource allocation, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall delivery of projects in accordance with industry standards and best practices
  • Assign resources to deliver projects within budget, time, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Monitor progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones
  • Ensure strong contract, commercial, and financial risk management
  • Identify and manage project changes
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Recent work experience managing medium to large projects
  • Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental management
  • Advanced financial and commercial management skills
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
