Salon Coordinator Job Description

This is a part-time position, building to full time if desired.

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Salon Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be the gateway to the salon, embodying standards of first-class care and services.

  • Provide administrative support to the Director and Salon Manager.
  • Meet and greet clients, prepare refreshments, answer phone calls, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Prepare rooms for therapists and clean after each client.
  • Assist with retail sales, process transactions, manage inventory and stock, and update website content.
  • Manage the CRM system, data-entry of client details, and maintain the salon's appearance and cleanliness.

Requirements:
  • Background in Beauty or keen interest.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
