Currently, we have an opportunity for a Salon Coordinator/receptionist Trainee to join our team.

As a trainee, you will be working towards completing a qualification and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Ability to delegate and work as a team is ESSENTIAL
  • Responsible for delegating tasks that keep the salon clean and running efficiently
  • Assisting with management duties goal tracking and salon cleaning duties occasionally Stylist assistance and general office tasks
  • Managing the ordering and stock control of equipment and supplies including consumables office supplies and sales products
  • Managing the petty cash POS system
  • Enforcing all health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Generating operational reports for presentation to the management team
  • Managing client bookings check and confirm
  • Managing no-show bookings
  • Other administration duties as required
  • All aspects of your course with structured training and ongoing support

A motivating uplifting attitude and a deep sense of teamwork is a MUST. Time management dependability and ability to adapt are also essential.

The hair and beauty industry is not required but preferred. The ability to remain calm in pressured situations and exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills are also desirable.
