We require a Fulltime Hair and Beauty Sales Representative to service Perth metro NOR and SOR areas.

About Us

Our Company has been proudly serving WA professionals with their hair and beauty supplies for over 70 plus years. We are WA's leading wholesaler with a house of Premium Brands including sundry products necessary for all hairdressing needs plus we stock many beauty products.

We currently have the opportunity for a WA Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Perth focusing on growing our on-road presence within the WA marketplace.

Servicing Perth Metro Initially and then regional areas.

Training

Ongoing training and support are offered with a comprehensive induction system.

About the role

  • On road sales experience is essential with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding Targets ad KPI's

  • Calling on Hairdressing, Retail, Beauty salons, Barber shops

  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in overcoming and handling objections
  • Conduct in-salon trainings (retail)
  • Experience in Solution/Consultive selling
  • Must Have a passion for the industry and/or keen and willing to learn
  • Maintaining existing client base and growing existing channels through new account acquisitions
  • Cold Calling
  • Utilising CRM and online ordering system

About yourself

  • Happy, Passionate, self-motivated and enthusiastic Experienced Sales professional
  • Proven track record with on road sales experience
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Can overcome objections
  • Experience in Solution selling
  • A natural problem solver
  • Have attention to detail
  • Can build positive relationships
  • Use to working autonomously in a B2B Face-to-face role
  • Loves to cold call for new business
  • Ability to grow new and exisiting customer base
  • Experience utilising CRM system

This role will start off covering NOR and SOR Metropolitan.

Regional travel will be involved later.
