Senior Rehabilitation Manager Role

This leadership position is designed for a seasoned rehabilitation professional to spearhead capability building and team excellence across the organisation.

About the Opportunity
  • Training Programs: Design and deliver tailored training programs for consultants at different career stages.
  • Mentoring: Provide hands-on guidance to consultants toward clinical and professional milestones.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor outcomes, analyse performance data, and refine learning strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal experts to enhance training resources and development pathways.
  • Learning Management: Take ownership of all learning and development activities, managing priorities across the business.
  • Initiatives: Implement initiatives to strengthen efficiency, consultant confidence, and long-term retention.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning by advising senior leaders on workforce capability and performance.

Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling. Full registration with relevant bodies, unrestricted Australian working rights, and a valid driver's license are also required.

What You Will Need
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Full registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
