SENIOR REVENUE OPTIMIZATION SPECIALIST

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Senior Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our team at Echo Entertainment Group. As a key member of our Revenue & Distribution team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue strategies for our hospitality and food & beverage operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Analysis of occupancy and revenue in hotels, and the distribution of rates across all channels
  2. Effectively execute revenue management strategies on an ongoing basis
  3. Establish capacity management processes and standards for all in food & beverage venues
  4. Coordinate the updating of all OTAs, ensure rate parity with all hotel distribution channels
  5. Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Proven experience in revenue analysis within the Hotel accommodation and food & beverage sectors
  2. Strategic thinking with the ability to increase revenue & yield for venues by working closely with venue managers, including regular venue optimization meetings
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
