Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide home help and personal care services to aged care clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- General housekeeping, bed making, cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming
- Laundry (washing, folding, ironing)
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Assisting with medications and mobility/therapy goals
- Providing care for high needs clients (e.g., dementia) and social/emotional support
- Transporting clients to lifestyle activities or appointments
- Supporting families by giving carers a break
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, including personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
