Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled caregiver to provide exceptional support to children and young people with complex needs.

This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Assist in the implementation of audit schedules and incident reporting systems.
  • Communicate effectively with families, volunteers, and other stakeholders to build positive relationships and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Requirements
  • Certification III in Disability or equivalent qualification required.
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in personal care, preferably in health, disability, or aged care sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with children, families, and volunteers in a healthcare setting, with a commitment to family-centered care.
