About the Role/Specialty

The Global Spend Transformation Lead will oversee procure-to-pay operating cycles, driving strategy for scaling and transformation globally. This includes growing existing locations, adding new locations, and working closely with finance leadership to solve complex cross-functional challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize global P2P processes.
  • Lead and grow high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, People, and IT teams to transform expense processes.
  • Ensure employees are supported in efficient spending to achieve business goals.
  • Work with finance leadership on projects and transactions that drive growth and success.
