Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Asset and Contract Manager to lead our regional capability for software spend, renewals and negotiations. This individual will be responsible for working with a global team and local leaders to help optimize spend and compliance across a large portfolio of renewals and new purchases.

This senior role is an individual contributor position that requires strong data manipulation skills, a deep understanding of software asset management, and the ability to operate independently within a dynamic international environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading or significantly contributing to high-dollar contract negotiations for software agreements, as well as proficiency in accumulating, organizing, cleansing, and assimilating large amounts of information from multiple sources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 4+ years of relevant experience in software contract negotiation, software asset management, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated experience with software licensing models, compliance risks, and cost optimization, including license entitlement / deployment reconciliation.
  3. Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to high-dollar contract negotiations for software agreements.
  4. Experience interfacing with legal teams on contract law pertaining to software licensing.
