The Indirect Procurement Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage indirect spending across various portfolios.

You will serve as the bridge between suppliers and business partners, driving exceptional business outcomes through value enhancement, innovation, and a secure supply chain.

  • Manage categories to achieve strategic objectives and limit portfolio inflation.
  • Accountable for buying decisions across categories, executing procurement strategies.
  • Responsible for results in categories KPIs - quality, service, risk, and spend.
  • Select suppliers that enhance our sustainable Supply Chain and support our strategy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science/Technology).
  • 2+ years leading cross-functional teams.
  • Broad FMCG or related category industry experience.
  • Procurement or commercial negotiating experience preferred.
