Job Opportunity: Procurement Spend Specialist

Achieve Excellence in Procurement Service Delivery

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting major key projects and initiatives that contribute to procurement service excellence.

As a Procurement Spend Analyst, you will provide expert procurement and analytical support, including research, cost modelling and analysis, to inform procurement and category management decision-making and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver procurement projects on time and on target to maintain and extend procurement accreditation.
  • Provide sound advice and support to the Procurement team and Business Owners on individual procurement projects, category management, supplier relationship management, policy & governance, systems and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct engagement, planning and analysis to support business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Support dashboarding through Business Intelligence Tools such as Tableau and Google Cloud Platform expertise.

Requirements:

  • High-level capability to hit the ground running with a can-do attitude to simplify and improve spend processes.
  • Acute attention to detail, strong Excel skills and ability to demonstrate strong capability and experience working with varied stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's in Data Analytics desirable but not mandatory.
