About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and sincere greetings to guests, engaging them in conversation about their stay, property services, and local attractions.
  • Process guest check-ins, confirming reservations, issuing and activating room keys, and coordinating with Housekeeping to track room readiness.
  • Process guest check-outs, resolving any late or disputed charges, settling accounts, retrieving room keys, and requesting comments on their stay.
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests, maintaining cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.

Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider.
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from the City of Perth.
  • Experience working in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia.
