As a Customer Business Support Officer, your primary goal will be to enhance value for our customers, stakeholders, and the organization by providing thorough business support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients through various communication channels.
- Offer timely and informed guidance on business processes and systems, including SAP, Microsoft 365, and CRM platforms, while addressing level 1 support on system-related issues impacting our customers.
- Embrace new technologies and actively contribute to the ongoing evolution of Customer Network Solutions' technology strategy.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and propose recommendations to improve existing and new workflows within the Customer Connection Teams, focusing on efficiency.
- Deliver business support functions to inform, shape, and proactively advance issues, ensuring follow-up actions are taken as necessary.
- Coordinate administrative tasks throughout the entire connection process, ensuring a seamless customer journey while safeguarding Endeavour Energy's interests.
- Handle challenging customer interactions and complex inquiries with professionalism and composure.
- Collaborate effectively to provide valuable service to customers and stakeholders, fostering teamwork across internal departments and external partners.
- Perform all tasks competently and efficiently, promoting a positive, customer-centric image of the organization.
