Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Sales Manager or Team Leader to join our team at Elevate Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of digital marketing sales consultants, developing processes, and implementing key strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing sales consultants
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecasts
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members
  • Analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
  • Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress

Requirements:



  • Proven experience in a digital marketing sales leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with sales data analysis and forecasting
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
