Job Title: Digital Marketing Sales Manager or Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Sales Manager or Team Leader to join our team at Elevate Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of digital marketing sales consultants, developing processes, and implementing key strategies to drive sales growth and exceed target KPIs.

They provide a range of digital marketing solutions, including SEO campaigns, social media management, Google Ads, and website development, to small, medium, and large-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing sales consultants
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and exceed target KPIs
  • Manage and analyze data from digital marketing products to identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with senior managers and other stakeholders
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing sales leadership role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
