The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisation, planning, time management, and communication skills.

About the Role:
  • Manage both aged and disability clients with compassion and understanding
  • Develop customised care plans in collaboration with clients and their support network
  • Lead a team of nurses and caregivers to deliver high-quality clinical care
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records and documentation
Key Skills:
  • Consolidated nursing skills and knowledge in intellectual disabilities, stroke, dementia, diabetes, paraplegia, complex bowel management, wound care, and catheter care
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to utilise technology and systems effectively
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA Registration required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Home Care or Aged Care setting
  • CPR & First Aid Certification, Current Drivers Licence, National Police Check, Working With Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check required
