Clinical Quality Coordinator Role">

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Clinical Quality Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our residents and consumers.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, with experience in management roles within the aged care or health sectors. They will also have a solid understanding of Aged Care and NDIS regulatory frameworks, as well as excellent leadership skills and the ability to build capability.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accreditation standards, undertaking quality initiatives, and developing and implementing quality clinical initiatives across residential and homecare services. They will also provide advice and training in relation to clinical compliance and assist services to use quality data to inform and implement improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification with AHPRA registration with no conditions;
  • Demonstrated experience in management roles within the aged care or health sectors;
  • Solid understanding of Aged Care and NDIS regulatory frameworks;
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build capability;
  • Working knowledge of AutumnCare or similar electronic care system;
  • Sound judgement and analytical skills.
