We are seeking compassionate support workers to join our purpose-driven team.

As a support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of people with diverse needs.

You will provide person-centered and active support tailored to each participant's goals.

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Support participants in social and recreational activities within the community.

Implement individualized care plans and support strategies.

Ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for participants.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and progress.

What You Bring:
  • Evidence of working with people with disabilities, their families, and support networks.
  • A strong understanding of disability support models.
  • Practical experience in supporting individuals with diverse needs.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts.
  • Experience in team collaboration, supervision, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong time management, administrative, and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A resilient and adaptable approach to changing priorities and participant needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • At least 5 plus years of disability support work experience.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or a willingness to obtain it.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and NDIS Orientation Module Completion.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Check with NDIS endorsement.
  • National Police Check (less than six months old).
  • A valid Australian driver's license (preferred).
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and overnight support.
