Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ambassador to deliver exceptional concierge-style experiences onsite for a multinational alcoholic beverage client.

This vital role will provide the first impression and be the go-to problem-solver, mastering everything from access control and meeting room coordination to mail management and event support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees while building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Conduct building orientations for new starters and provide remote support to regional offices.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and setups.
  • Provide comprehensive reception services including visitor management and correspondence handling.
  • Oversee daily mail operations, package management, and office inventory.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, work orders, and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and office operations.
  • Act as key liaison for all catering and event-related queries.
  • Support HR processes for onboarding, assist with fleet management, offsite storage, and mobile phone administrations.
  • Ensure office safety.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar client-facing industries.
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Expert multitasking capabilities with strong prioritization and scheduling skills.
  • Fast learner with genuine eagerness to develop and grow.
