The role involves conducting boilermaking and welding duties on various projects within the Pilbara Region. As a skilled tradesperson, you will assemble and install new supports/structural members to existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and identify areas in need of repair or any malfunctions/damage.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding procedures, and project schedules.
  • Carry out fabrication, maintenance, and upgrades as required.
  • Complete sign-off documentation as necessary.
  • Prepare fabrications that comply with client specifications and drawings.
  • Participate in toolbox and safety meetings.
  • Contribute to activities of continuous improvement.
About You
  • You must have experience in the mining industry.
  • Australian trade certification is essential.
  • Ability to complete various weld procedures and positions, including MMAW and FCAW.
  • A current MSIC or job-ready MSIC is preferred.
  • You must have a police check (or be able to obtain one).
  • A white card is also required.
  • Proactive teamwork skills and high safety standards are essential.
