Heavy Industry Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team in Port Hedland. As a Heavy Industry Skilled Tradesperson, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects.
About the RoleThe primary focus of this role is to carry out all rigging works and assist the team with day-to-day operations. This includes erecting structural steel, checking and maintaining rigging equipment, and effectively communicating with team members to ensure jobs are completed to scope and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Erect structural steel safely and efficiently
- Carry out all rigging works required on site
- Check and maintain rigging equipment to ensure it remains in good working order
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure jobs are completed to scope and on time
- Support site teams with manual labor tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in rigging or shutdown work
- An Advanced Rigging ticket
- A Dogman ticket
- The ability to obtain an MSIC / DCAC if required
- A Construction White Card
- High safety standards and a proactive approach to work
