Job Description

We're looking for an experienced shift leader or someone with management experience in casual dining or similar to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. As a leader in our restaurants, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to set the standard and pace, coaching, inspiring, and growing. You'll believe in helping Nandocas (our staff) be the very best they can be - inside and outside of Nando's.

Requirements
  • An experienced shift leader or someone with management experience in casual dining or similar is preferred, but not essential.

  • Excellent communication skills.
