We are seeking a commercially focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide a professional recruitment service to our employers and participants in the Sydney West region.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining employer relationships, understanding their employment needs, and matching them with suitable candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Proactively engaging with potential clients to build strong relationships
  • Taking the time to understand our employers' businesses, their employment needs, and processes
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of the local job market and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Engaging job-ready candidates to make the most of employment opportunities presented
  • Achieving or exceeding all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and applying an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and approaching potential clients
  • Demonstrated success in proactive business development
  • Excellent time management and delivery of a high-quality service
  • Advanced relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated success in growing relationships from small beginnings
  • Experience in a challenging KPI environment within a competitive industry
