Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our End-User Computing Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of end-user computing services. As a Team Lead, you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and launching new initiatives to meet changing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor key metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
  • Launch new initiatives to enhance support-related processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate asset management and sufficient stock levels to support business growth.
  • Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, hiring, development, and training to optimize team performance.
  • Monitor team productivity and address issues to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent service experiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT Help Desk and/or Desktop Support operations, including troubleshooting PC, peripheral, and network issues.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' supervisory experience, preferably in a similar field.
  • An ITIL Foundation Certificate or equivalent is desirable.
  • Proven experience managing teams within varying skillsets and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environments with a large user base (3000+).
