High Performance Computing HPC Application Analyst

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

HPE currently has an opening for a HPC Application Analyst. This role will see you join a team responsible for the delivery of contracted support related services for HPE Cray's High-Performance Computing (HPC) technology.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Porting customer code
- Analyses and resolves problems of diverse scope
- Leads team discussions that involve individual concerns, and works toward resolving problems and issues
- Participates in customer status and planning meetings
- Escalates technical issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

**About You**:

- Australian citizen with current government security clearance at NV2 level or above
- Excellent in verbal & written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to gather data, perform analysis & escalate to a higher level of support
- Acquaintance with specific needs of HPC users highly regarded
- Organisational skills that support taking an analytical approach to problems & driving solutions to problems through to their conclusion
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment to investigate & resolve complex problems as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills, customer relations skills & problem management skills
- A professional with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Customer centric and excellent communication skills
