This is an exciting opportunity to work in intellectual property law. You will be part of a team providing services in the transactional IP area, reporting to a Special Counsel for the provision of all transactional advice and documentation relating to intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing timely and accurate advice to clients in relation to the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property rights
  • Advising on confidential information and drafting confidentiality agreements, particularly as they relate to the protection of intellectual property rights
  • Drafting, negotiating, and advising on various agreements related to the development and commercialisation of intellectual property, including but not limited to IP licences, assignments, manufacturing/distribution agreements, and sale/purchase of IP agreements

You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in intellectual property, technology, or general commercial contracts. Exposure and knowledge of contract, commercial, and intellectual property law are essential. Experience in intellectual property transactions is desirable.
