Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills while interacting with customers at the rental counter.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of ABG's various products and services to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Effectively communicate rental procedures and guidelines to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Process rental bookings efficiently and accurately within tight deadlines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
What We're Looking For:
  • A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • This is a casual position that requires a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
