Clinical Psychologist Position

Our organization is seeking an experienced clinician to provide trauma-informed clinical psychology services in a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment. The ideal candidate will work with vulnerable families and children at risk, utilizing a trauma-informed approach.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting developmental cognitive, mental health, and diagnostic assessments, as well as providing individual parent–child interventions and play therapy interventions. Group work will also be a key component of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Full registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology.
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable families and children at risk from a trauma-informed approach.
  • Knowledge of the Neuro-sequential Model of trauma-informed intervention.
