The Sales Support Manager (SSM) is accountable for the management of a field sales team within a specified region. The SSM drives sales and member and supplier relationship activities to ensure the achievement of budgeted sales and expense targets and other business unit and organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a field sales team to achieve sales and expense targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and suppliers.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and team activity.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in sales or a related field.
- Experience in managing a sales team and developing sales strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce or business management.
