We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Officer to join our Seller Success Team at Humm Group. As an integral member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our merchant partners and sales team, while also collaborating closely with other departments across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound calls and emails from current merchant partners regarding the Humm product and other services provided by Humm;
- Manage merchant queries and resolve issues efficiently;
- Set up new retailers in our systems and maintain accurate information for our existing retailer database;
- Liaise and work closely with other departments to achieve desired outcomes;
- Assist in setting up and updating promotions and campaigns as directed by the business.
- Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service;
- Excellent communication and active listening skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Great attitude and willingness to learn;
