Job Opportunity

The Lifecycle Campaign Planner position requires an individual who can shape and manage global and regional email campaign strategies, monitoring contact frequency, engagement rates, and opt-out rates to foster meaningful customer interactions and support core business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer communications calendar, serving as a central point for all internal direct communications requests.
  • Provide strategic guidance on campaign planning and execution, balancing stakeholder needs with industry best practices and customer experience expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign planning and delivery.
  • Regularly communicate results and program status updates to stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and/or relevant work experience in Email Marketing and/or Digital Campaign Planning.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and industry best practices.
  • Able to manage timelines, drive operational efficiency, and improve processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively to balance customer experience with business objectives.
