We are currently seeking an experienced finance professional to manage the financial performance of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis on a monthly basis, highlighting key variances and trends.
- Oversee the management of accruals, including income, outgoings, and operating expenses.
- Ensure the accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations, reimbursable expenses, and outgoings.
- Support the development and implementation of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or several years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- CPA/CA or studying towards it is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
