Role Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic Senior Fractional Finance Manager for an on-site role (full-time or part-time flexible) based in Geelong, VIC. You'll work closely and directly with a range of clients, guiding them through pivotal financial decisions, creating scalable financial strategies, and improving profitability and cash flow. Unlike traditional accounting roles, this position provides significant variety, autonomy, and direct client impact—without stressful tax seasons or monotonous year-end routines.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Expert-level knowledge of Xero; familiarity with FathomHQ highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
  • Solid background in profitability optimization, management reporting, and financial advisory.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities and collaborative mindset.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (CA or CPA preferred).
