Visual Merchandising Role Overview

COUNTRY ROAD IS A LIFESTYLE FASHION BRAND WITH RETAIL AND CONCESSION STORES ACROSS MEN, WOMEN, ACCESSORIES, HOME, AND KIDS/BABY.

This is a challenging role that requires the effective interpretation and timely implementation of visual merchandising direction, brand standards, and individual store profiles.

The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for developing and training in-store visual merchandising and retail teams, ensuring consistent store profiles and visual merchandising execution, and coaching team members to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and train in-store visual merchandising and retail teams
  • Implement visual merchandising direction and brand standards
  • Ensure consistent store profiles and visual merchandising execution
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in visual merchandising, window dressing, and mannequin styling
  • Strong retail knowledge and experience in a comparable role
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret COUNTRY ROAD's VM direction and adapt standards to meet store profiles
