About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Professional to join our team. As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the store's visual image by translating trends into inspiring displays that elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service when working on the shop floor, fitting room, and/or cashier desk
  • Monitor daily product replenishment and maintain high standards of image presentation in store
  • Analyse sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise
  • Create, propose, and execute commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends
  • Greet and interact with customers, providing assistance as required
  • Conduct competitor analysis and product feedback
  • Support other store functions as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of Visual Merchandising experience within the retail industry or a Visual Merchandising qualification
  • Appreciation for fashion and products
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a busy environment
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Desire for professional growth and ability to inspire team members
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays and weekends
