Job Description:

As an Instore Visual Merchandiser, your primary mission is to create engaging shopping experiences for consumers. This involves executing in-store creative displays that reflect the brand vision and deliver world-class customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing reports and making data-driven decisions on store layout and product merchandising. Additionally, they will support the store management team to maintain visual standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing in-store creative displays, including windows and mannequins, to reflect the brand vision and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analysing sales reports and making informed decisions on store layout and product placement to maximise sales potential.
  • Supporting the store management team to maintain high visual standards across all departments, ensuring a cohesive brand image.
  • Inspiring and coaching the store team on company standards and customer expectations to drive exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • A customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in a Visual Merchandiser role with a fashion retailer, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, creativity, and influencing others to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
