Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Specialist to oversee the visual presentation of our retail stores in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Create and maintain visually appealing window displays and in-store fixtures that align with seasonal themes and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans.
  • Provide coaching and direction to in-store teams to ensure high-quality visual standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field within a bricks and mortar retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and retail principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
