Proposal Management Role

We are seeking a highly organized and driven professional to manage the proposal process and internal coordination of customer responses. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in proposal management or sales operations, with a proven track record of delivering high-standard proposals within tight timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage proposal process and internal coordination of customer responses (RFP, RFI, security / vendor questionnaires)
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to understand goals, objectives and requirements
  • Provide all internal communications around proposal process and expectation setting
  • Execute on proposal plan by managing internal coordination, assigning tasks to applicable stakeholders
  • Conduct follow-up reviews to drive proposal to completion and ensure customer deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in proposal management or sales operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Energetic self-starter with proven project management skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and exercise judgment with minimal oversight
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
