Job DescriptionAs an Executive Assistant for High-Net-Worth Clients, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to senior leaders within our wealth management business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, email management, and travel coordination.
- Assisting with meeting preparation, including agenda creation, pre-reading papers, and action item tracking.
- Managing workload and ensuring leaders are well-prepared for meetings and deadlines.
- Cordinating offsites, town halls, and other events.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in areas such as expense management, team support, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Secretarial/administrative qualifications and experience in Microsoft Office products.
- A minimum of 5 years' demonstrated work experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 3 years' experience supporting at Managing Partner or Managing Director level.
- Financial services industry or professional services experience desirable.
- High levels of forward thinking, delivery orientation, initiative, and planning.
